Visitors can take a ride in the canal's gondolas, or visit the nearby Mustangs as Las Colinas-- a magnificent, larger-than-life sculpture of mustangs stampeding across a stream. A great time to visit is during the Canalfest celebration, offering live music, arts and crafts, food and entertainment along the canal's sunny shores and every June. The canal is located near Lake Carolyn, and is part of Irving's Las Colinas neighborhood.
