Exhibits on Boy Scouts of America history and interactive activities relating to scouting document the influence of this nationwide organization at the National Scouting Museum. Displays include the world's largest collection of Norman Rockwell scouting artwork, scouting memorabilia and a 15-minute video on scouting history. Interactive activities include pinewood derby racing, a virtual game bike race and the Campground Scoutcraft Area which teaches various outdoor skills such as knot tying and animal track identification. The museum sits just east of the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport by the waterside Thomas Jefferson Park.
